Indiana Reptile Center Policies

1. Live Arrival Guarantee: At Indiana Reptile Center, we guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy. For their safety, we do not ship in temperatures under 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Our goal is to ensure the well-being of the animals from our facility to your home.

2. Sexing Species: While we make every effort to accurately sex all animals to match your order, we acknowledge the challenges, especially with the sale of babies. The sex of your animal is not guaranteed, but we employ methods that are generally accurate.

3. Package Delivery: To ensure the safety of our animals, all buyers are required to sign for their packages upon delivery. We exclusively use 1-2 day priority shipping services, providing you with a tracking number and insurance for a secure and timely arrival.

4. Deceased Animal Policy: In the unfortunate event that your animal arrives deceased, we request picture proof within 30 minutes of signing for the package. In such cases, we offer the option of a refund or replacement. Our priority is to address any issues promptly and uphold our commitment to delivering healthy and vibrant animals.

5. Returns on Live Animals: Refunds for live animals are only offered under specific conditions. You may receive a refund if you encounter a dead animal on arrival or if it passes away within 30 minutes of delivery. We understand that situations can arise, and we aim to address them promptly.

6. Shipping Details: We ship all animals using 1-2 day priority services, and we provide a tracking number and insurance for your peace of mind. Please note that once the carrier receives the package, we cannot control its handling.

7. One-Time Refund Policy: We will only offer refunds once, and they are exclusively applicable to the conditions outlined in our "Returns on Live Animals" section. Please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for animals after the initial 30-minute timeframe.
